Return for Exchange policy

Exchange Policy

At Gulkar pret, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Important Note:

We do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are available for size, color, or item changes only.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The item must not be from a final sale, custom, or discounted category.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at qumashpret@gmail.com. within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the item back to us.

Exchange Terms:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.

  • We will cover the shipping for the new exchanged item sent back to you (domestic orders only).

  • Once your original item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or washed)

  • Final sale or promotional items
